They say nose surgery should be approached conservatively, so I've been thinking about it for 3 years. People say it would look better if I fixed it, but would it be okay to do it? If I do, I'm thinking of adding silicone for a bulbous nose, and what else would be good to add? If I do it without an implant, would there be fewer side effects? I'm hesitating for no reason because of the possible side effects. Please give me advice ㅠㅠ
