Hello, it’s been a little over 1 month since I had implant-free rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. To me, my nose still looks upturned, but when I look at recent photos compared with the photos from 2 weeks after surgery, it does seem to have come down a lotㅠ I’m worried whether it will come down moreㅜ It looks too upturned, so I’m wondering if I need revision surgery or if I should wait and seeㅜ The first photo is from 2 weeks after surgery, and the second photo is a recent photo.
