But surprisingly, among people getting under-eye fat repositioning, a lot of them also get under-eye fat grafting. It even fills in hollow areas, so dark circles seem to improve a lot too. Does under-eye fat grafting not sink in later? Looking at the comments, some people say not to get under-eye fat grafting, so everyone says different things.
