Writing a review as soon as I got home;;;ㅋㅋㅋ I couldn’t sleep last night and only fell asleep around 4, then surgery was at 10:30 so I barely slept before going~ Went there, had a consultation; I was so overwhelmed by the doctor’s presence that I couldn’t say any of the lines I had prepared [Make it pretty, make it cute, etc.;;] at all~ When my friend said I was really nervous, he told me to do Lamaze breathing..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ We joked around like that and then I went up onto the operating table~ Lying there, all kinds of thoughts crossed my mind; starting with that I must be crazy, to should I run out right now and so on;;; Anyway, the surgery started, I had originally asked for IV sedation, but they said since I had to open and close my eyes, it would be better not to do it~ So I just got the anesthesia injection, but it hurt less than I expected; The doctor kept asking, it doesn’t hurt as much as you thought, right? but I was worried that if I moved, something would go wrong, so I couldn’t even answer; Then the surgery started and I could smell burningㅠ_ㅠ So when I heard the burning sound, I held my breath, and when I didn’t hear it, I breathed..ㅋㅋ After the doctor finished the right side, he called in the nurses and, comparing it with the left eye, said this eye had become like this; that he needed to report it to the medical society..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ He kept asking me to send him one of the photos I had taken before..ㅋㅋ My eyes are a bit unusually shaped, so they said they were eyes that are hard to do epicanthoplasty on; I said I thought so too, and my mom always scolds me, and the doctor said that mothers raise their children tough..ㅋㅋ I had the surgery while smiling at the doctor’s jokes [though I was still trembling;;] ㅋㅋ But in the middle it kept stinging; so when I said maybe the anesthesia had worn off, he said what do you mean worn off..ㅋㅋ He said if they insert the needle a bit deeper inside, it hurts, and that this is how it doesn’t wear off~ The stitching hurt more than the anesthesiaㅠ_ㅠ Still, I kept joking through the surgery~ The right side didn’t hurt much, but the left side hurt a lot;ㅠ_ㅠ When it was all done and I came down, I was dizzy @_@ I normally wear glasses, but I wasn’t wearing them, so I couldn’t focus..ㅋㅋ After the surgery, I did some ice compresses and came home..ㅋㅋ It hurt less than I expected, and I wasn’t as nervous as I thought I’d be; Only, they lifted up my leg and put something cold near my knee, which was a bit embarrassing; my sturdy legs and the dead skin-_-;;;;;;;;;; It was something I hadn’t expected at all, so when they lifted my leg I ended up jolting up..ㅋㅋㅋ The nurse told me to just lie still~ and so on;;;ㅋㅋㅋ If I had to do it again, I don’t think I’d refuse, but I probably wouldn’t really want to;;;;;;; Still, it was a pretty good experience~ㅋㅋ Now I’m home and keep trying to open my eyes wide~ㅋㅋ I guess I should also do ice compresses later~ㅎㅎ
