To keep silicone from showing through

I had my nose done a year ago, and the outline of the silicone shows through so much. When I get revision surgery, would it be better not to use silicone at all so this doesn’t happen again? Honestly, even though it shows through, it’s still better than my original nose, so I can’t even imagine doing nothing to the nasal bridge, and I definitely want to do something for the bridge. If I use a lower silicone implant, will the outline not show? For people who had silicone and then had revision surgery because the outline was too obvious and showed through, what did you do? I can’t give up on the nasal bridge, so should I raise it with something completely different, or lower it a bit? If I do it this way, could it avoid showing through…
