Rather than focusing on whether to put something in or not, I just really want it to look natural, so I looked into several places and currently booked consultations at these three: ㅋㅂㅈ, ㅇㄹㅂ, and ㅂㅌㅇ. I already finished consultations at ㅇㄹㅂ and ㅋㅂㅈ first. Both recommended doing it without implants, and my nose is on the natural-looking side. At ㅇㄹㅂ, they did recommend autologous costal cartilage. At ㅋㅂㅈ, because of the virtual imaging, I can roughly estimate what I would look like after surgery. Rather than a huge change, it seems like it would be a subtle change that does not look obvious, so honestly I like it, but is autologous costal cartilage better, or are septal cartilage and ear cartilage just better? One place...
