This is a photo where I opened my eyes as wide as possible without wrinkling my forehead. My eyes are somewhat small, and the skin/fat on my upper eyelids is sagging, so my pupils are covered. The strength of both eyelids is different, so their sizes are uneven. What surgery would I need? I’m considering incisional ptosis correction, but would that alone be enough, or would it be better to do another procedure together?
