My biggest concern is that my face looks broad and flat, and I dislike the sense of empty space in the parts of my face excluding my facial features. I think the cause is probably that the cheekbone and square jaw area looks like one large mass from the front. The look I’m aiming for is a slightly masculine handsomeness, so even if I get facial contouring or double-jaw surgery, I want to preserve as much of that rugged feeling as possible. Honestly, I don’t have a huge complex about having a protruding chin, but with a face shape like mine, I’m worried that even if I get facial contouring, the perceived change might not be that big. For now, I’ve made appointments at two places specializing in double-jaw plus contouring and three places specializing in facial contouring.
