I’m not sure if it’s inflammation, but I still have a foreign-body reaction, so I’m thinking of removing the silicone and also removing the capsule. But my skin is thin, so I heard that if the capsule is removed, it gets even thinner. That’s why some clinics recommended autologous dermis or fascia. If I have to use autologous dermis anyway, I’m thinking of harvesting a little more so I can build up the height, because my nose is so low ㅠㅠ But some clinics say my skin is just like deflated balloon skin, so I wonder if I really don’t need dermis after all …
