I had alar base reduction surgery about 8 years ago, and the incision scars are still there as they were. Later, I also had rhinoplasty using septal cartilage, so my nostrils became even narrower. It's not to the point that breathing is uncomfortable, but I get stressed every time I look in the mirror. 1. Is there a laser or similar procedure to remove the incision scars on the alar base? Even if restoration or reconstruction isn't possible, I want to at least get rid of the scars ㅠㅠ 2. Can the alar base be widened again? If so, can I get an explanation of side effects or things to be careful about, or have an in-person consultation?
