I had surgery 8 years ago with silicone and cartilage. I keep thinking it doesn’t suit my face, so I just want to take it out, but I heard it won’t return to the original shape. So what I’m curious about is, for those who had the whole thing removed, how much did it return to its original state? I would really appreciate honest answers

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
