Are there people who have only had nose removal twice? I had only the silicone removed from my nose about 3 weeks ago, but the nasal tip looks so, so strange. Only one side looks pinched, only one nostril wing is sunken in, the nostrils are uneven, and the columella has gone in, so it looks strange ㅠㅠ I want to remove the nasal tip too. Are there people like that?
