Before rhinoplasty, my nose had no bridge and was shortㅠ I wanted to make it sharp and glamorous through rhinoplasty, but after the surgery, the bridge is too high and the tip came out natural, so my nose looks a bit strangeㅠㅠ It kind of looks like Avatar tooㅠ Maybe because 5 mm silicone was inserted, the bridge of my nose aches, and the foreign-body sensation is really severe ㅠㅠㅠ I want to remove the silicone, but I’m suddenly really torn about whether it would be better to replace it with a lower one or just remove it and live without it ㅠㅠ I’m planning to get consultations for nasal silicone removal and revision rhinoplasty, then decide between the two, but a place that specializes only in rhinoplasty…
