I am someone who has been suffering from side effects because my alar base was over-resected, and it has been 1 year and 9 months since my first surgery on 2021210. I can’t endure it anymore. The alar muscles are suffering from pressure pain all day long. One side of the nasal tip is still hard and painful too. I don’t know if this is because it was touched when raising the columella, or because the tissue inside the nasal tip is also pulling, but even though nearly 2 years have passed like this, all the nasal flesh still hurts. Also, they said they would correct the curved alar rim with alar curvature correction…
