I had nose surgery twice, and both times I developed inflammation, which led to contracture, so my nose is now short and upturnedㅠ I’ve been going around for consultations about removal and revision surgeryㅠ The place I’m most drawn to so far says to first remove the nasal silicone implant, then run a bacterial test, and if the signs of inflammation are mild, do revision rhinoplasty after 2-3 weeks, but if severe, do revision rhinoplasty after 6 months. Has anyone had surgery like this?ㅠ There are also hospitals saying I should only do complete removal and live without touching it further, so I’m scared another problem might happen againㅠㅠ I think the silicone removal is definitely necessary…
