I’m preparing for complete removal. I’m not sure whether the nasal tip is hard because of cartilage or scar tissue, but I don’t like the firm feeling, so I’m planning to remove it. If I remove it, will it become soft and squishy again?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
