It’s been over 10 years since I had it done, and it’s not that there’s a particularly major problem, but my nose seems to be getting more and more upturned My nose is gradually getting shorter, and now anyone can see that it’s upturned, and because of that even my philtrum looks longer. In this kind of case, if I do a full removal, it would be hard to return to my original nose before surgery, right
