During my first rhinoplasty, I had local anesthesia, so I remember it. During the nose surgery, before they put in the silicone, I felt like they were grinding my nose a lot. That means they were rasping the nasal bridge, right? It was 20 years ago, and the doctor has retired, so there’s nowhere to ask. Even if the nasal bridge isn’t rasped, can it feel like that when silicone is inserted? Is there a way to know whether my nasal bridge was rasped? I had it done with the closed approach, but the closed approach can also rasp it, right?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
