I raised my nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, and they said they had placed an additional piece only on one side. That area is protruding, so I can’t breathe… Looking at it, I think I had septal extension grafting. When doing septal extension grafting, do they graft it as a spreader graft? ㅠㅠㅠ Are there places that won’t remove this? I want complete removal and want to go back to how I wasㅠㅠ Please help me
