The clinic where I had surgery says they will remove it through an open approach, while another clinic where I didn’t have surgery says they can remove it cleanly through a non-open approach without leaving a columellar scar and without leaving any ear cartilage behind. Of course the price is higher, but I’m working, so I’m trying to do it quickly so it won’t be visible while I’m wearing a maskㅠㅠ But I’m still torn because the clinic where I had surgery knows the case better, though since I have keloid-prone skin, I’m leaning toward the non-open approach because of the columellar scar

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
