I’m wondering whether to remove only the siliconeㅠㅠㅠ I have donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and I’m debating whether it would be better to remove everythingㅠㅠㅠ For those who used donated costal cartilage, did you remove everything?ㅠㅠ The silicone is so uncomfortable and somehow feels like it’s moving. When I lie on one side, it feels like it shifts to that sideㅠㅠ
