I originally had a naturally low nose, and 10 years ago I put in 45 mm silicone. Recently, the feeling of pressure has gotten severe, and most decisively, I’m stressed because the central axis has become crooked, so I want to remove it. I wonder if it would be okay to remove it and leave my bare nose as is. Why did I ever touch my noseㅠㅜ I don’t want to put anything else in.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
