I Had Silicone Removed Today. Please Give Swelling Tips

I had surgery in the first time slot, rested, had a consultation with the doctor, and I’m writing this while still half-awake and groggy. First of all, I had silicone, donated costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and I removed the silicone and ear cartilage and trimmed the donated costal cartilage. It’s been a long time since I had surgery, so I’m dazed, but it’s true that if you sleep a lot, you swell a lot, right? Should I try to sleep as little as possible starting today?
