It’s now been almost 2 years since I had septal extension, but ever since right after surgery, I haven’t been able to breathe properly. Usually, with extension problems, they say one side gets severely blocked, but for me, it mostly alternates between sides. I read that lifting the nose up makes it a bit better, but for me there isn’t much difference. Is the extension not the problem? Is there anyone who’s experiencing a problem like mine?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
