Among everyone who had total removal at ㅍㄹㅁ or went for a consultation there, has anyone been recommended a procedure where, if the condition of my lower lateral cartilage is poor and the support may collapse, they would use ear cartilage or septal cartilage to place a support slightly inward where the septum is, in a method that is not a columellar strut and also not septal extension? I couldn't ask exactly what technique this isㅠㅠ They said it wouldn't be placed as a columellar strut, so it wouldn't be palpable or show through on the columella side. If anyone has had surgery like this or was recommended it, please leave a comment.
