There’s someone around me who got nose filler, but it kept spreading, so they had revision surgery. Seeing that person made me think you really have to research carefully before doing anything to the nose. They had it done in Busan, and they seemed to be having a hard time. Apparently even removing nose filler is difficult. Everyone here, make sure to research carefully too.
