I’m 1 week after removal, and I came back after having the splint removed and the stitches taken out. My case was no implant, osteotomy, alar reduction, and a columellar strut using septal cartilage. 1-week review: -The nasal tip height came down by as much as the septal cartilage was removed -The nasolabial angle is still similar to when I had nose surgery -The nostril shape is still not perfectly round, but it has become much more natural than right after surgery.
