I heard that to lift the nasal tip, they tied together the cartilage in the columella and donated costal cartilage and lifted it. I went for a consultation yesterday, and they told me to shorten the donated costal cartilage and remove the silicone. If I do this, could inflammation occur later? I saw one post saying donated costal cartilage should be removed no matter what, but they said they won’t remove it. Should I go somewhere else?ㅠㅠ
