4 days ago, I had silicone removed through a closed approach and had the nasal tip step-off adjusted. They said they removed it by making an incision in one nostril. But the nostril on the incised side looks like it is being pulled upward when viewed from the front, so the asymmetry looks severeㅠ It was symmetrical before surgery. Could this be because of swelling? Can it return to normal over timeㅠㅠㅠ
