Not the typical surgery for deviated nasal septum, because I’m scared of getting a saddle nose, but I heard there’s something called septoplasty. I’m wondering if that’s what I need. When I went to ㄱㅇㅅ Plastic Surgery Clinic, they said, do I really need to do it that way, and that I could just have surgery for deviated nasal septum. But I really hate the idea of removing the lower part of the septum. I don’t want a nose that is briefly pretty; I want a nose that lasts a lifetime. I’m satisfied with the current height.
