I'm trying to remove it because the silicone is protruding, but what’s the answer: full removal or removing only the siliconeㅠㅠ I had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage, and the septal cartilage has no issues. If I do full removal, I feel like I'd be removing something that's fine for no reason, and if I remove only the silicone, I worry the nasal tip might have problems later tooㅠㅠ
