The nasal tip was done with ear cartilage and looks extremely natural, almost unnoticeable, but the silicone starts too high, and it was inserted high compared with my low forehead bone, so it looks too unnatural and I want to remove it. Even in a case like this where the nasal tip wasn’t raised much, if I remove only the silicone, could there be issues like the nose turning upward or a step-off forming? I had 35 silicone inserted.
