Before/after/after 153 cm / 47 kg / muscular lower-body obesity I had a total of 2,200 cc removed by Director Jung Rae-jun at Lovely Avenue!
Before: 47.5 kg / after surgery and going home: 48.5 kg Day 2: 49.5 kg Day 5: The swelling went down to my feet, so I have Doraemon feet Day 6: I have bruises all over my legs and my feet are still swollen, but the swelling around my ankles has gone down compared with the day before Day 8: Since lumps/firmness are forming, my legs still hurt. The bruises are yellow Day 9: I’m still covered in bruises, and because of the bandages over the stitches, my skin has become sensitive and stings.. ㅠ
My lower body was thick compared with my upper body, so my upper-lower body balance was off, and I always went around covering my lower body I was also stressed because the line of my front thighs was so developedㅠ
When I had the consultation at Lovely, they told me that because I’m very muscular, there wouldn’t be a dramatic change in my front thighs, so I thought, “I guess it can’t be done..” and didn’t expect much, but after the surgery, even on day 1, I can see that a lot of my front thighs are gone!!!!
Right now, visually, I think the swelling is worst around my knees My bones are originally on the thin side, but it feels like the circumference has become much thicker
When I had the ultrasound, I think the fat was about 0.9 cm on the front thighs and about 1.3-1.5 cm on the inner/back sides! Developed front thighs are usually due to posture, so during aftercare I’ll have to really focus on posture correction haha
Also, Director Jung Rae-jun was so kind during the consultation, which I really liked! I really don’t exercise, but he seriously asked me whether I do squats or calf-development exercises, and it made me think I really need to fix my usual posture ㅋㅋㅋ ㅠㅠ He was also so kind when sketching the lines before surgery, so he felt trustworthy!
Manager Go Ara also took such good care of me after surgery and smiled at me, and the operating-room staff were all really kind too. I was scared of the surgery, but everyone treated me well, so I think I was less scared!
5/19 4:20? - woke up from anesthesia at 7:30 Went home 20-30 minutes later After waking up from anesthesia, they brought me porridge, so I yum-yum ate it
Out of all the surgeries I’ve had, this was the one I was most scared of When I entered the operating room, they applied red antiseptic all over my body, and I think I got scared because it was surgery on my body ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Right after I got home, even sitting felt stiff and sore, so I lay down and slept for now They said sleeping with your feet elevated is good for swelling, so I slept with my legs up on two pillows When I woke up, it barely hurt, so I think I could even go out
To write down various things I was curious about before surgery:
-Iron supplements The hospital didn’t tell me first, but after reading reviews, a lot of people seemed to take them, so I took them for about 3 days. I wanted to take them for about a week, but somehow.. Usually, if I squat and then stand up, I get dizzy, and I thought it would be better than not taking anything, so I took them. I think you probably don’t necessarily have to take them -Guardian/accompanying person I usually went home fine without a guardian when I had surgery, but liposuction seems to make you very dizzy. I think it would be good to have a guardian, or otherwise you should probably recover at the hospital for about an hour! -Sweat-inducing exercise is possible from 2 weeks onward
I think that’s about it! The swelling hasn’t gone down yet, so I’m not sure, but I’m satisfied with the line, and if the swelling just goes down like this, I think I’ll be so happy
