It has been between 3 weeks and 1 month since surgery. In terms of shape, it is similar to my previous nose, but I have a lot of functional discomfort, so I want total removal. When making facial expressions, I have a foreign-body sensation and a feeling that my nose is being pulled to one side, so I cannot sleep on my side, and I have many discomforts such as headaches between the eyebrows. It is a nose where the columella was lowered, autologous costal cartilage was used, no implant was used, and nasal bone osteotomy was done. Can I return to my original nose? They say early removal is best within 2 weeks, but in my current situation, would it be better to wait 6 months? I cry every day like someone with depression ㅠㅠ Even when walking down the street, tears just keep streaming down. My original nose that I liked, a little more...
