The donor rib cartilage feels too hard, high, and foreign, so I’m looking into removing it. I don’t have contracture or inflammation. They also used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so I wanted to leave those two and remove only the donor rib cartilage, but more than half of the hospitals recommended complete removal. After looking at my original nose shape, they said it wouldn’t become upturned. Would it be okay to remove everything? At first I hadn’t thought about complete removal, so I was flustered, but now I just want to take everything out and live without worrying about my noseㅠㅠ My original nose shape wasn’t bad, so I don’t mind going back to my natural nose.
