1 year and 4 months ago - I had it raised using septal cartilage + 3.5 silicone + ear cartilage, but it looked so similar that people around me could barely notice, so 2 months ago - I used costal cartilage to raise the nasal tip, but instead the nasal tip dropped, so 2 weeks after the second surgery, I had early correction - they cut the costal cartilage to raise the angle and lifted the nasal tip more. Originally, instead of correction through early correction, I was going to do total removal, but I was worried it might get worse if I did it recklessly, so I corrected it first and planned to remove everything as a third surgery, but I don’t know if I did the right thing. My current nose shape isn’t bad, but during the second surgery the shape actually became strange, so because of anxiety, I no longer want implants in my nose…
