I had septal extension, a support graft, silicone, hump correction, bilateral osteotomy, and functional surgery together. The reasons I want removal are that my rhinitis has gotten worse after surgery and I really don't like the shape. My nose became narrow and high. After researching a lot for 5 months, I know my original nose won't come back. I want the height reduced and my nasal tip to spread out. From the side, there is a step-off and the height is too high, and from the front, my nose is a bit upturned so my nostrils show, and my nose is narrow compared to my face.
