My nasal tip has become red and inflamed, so I’m going to have nasal implant removal this time. I went to consultations at several clinics, and I’m deciding between GYS and PRM. My nose currently has silicone in the bridge and septal cartilage used in the nasal tip, and after the consultation, they said it seems the nasal tip was probably extended downward using the septum. So of course the nasal silicone will be removed, and the issue is the nasal tip. At PRM, they said the visible septal cartilage can be removed and the non-visible cartilage can be left in, and if I want, complete removal is also possible. But when there is inflammation in the nasal tip, can the non-visible septal cartilage be left…
