I went for a consultation at ㄱㅇㅅ today. They said capsule removal is absolutely necessary, and at ㅍㄹㅁ they said it wasn’t septal extension, but the director at ㄱㅇㅅ saw that my nose doesn’t move up and down and said it was septal extension. They said that if it’s removed, my nose probably won’t collapse or anything, but if it looks like it might collapse, they would reinforce it with a support graft or with the cartilage that had been used. I showed them my original photos, and they said my nasal bridge line itself wasn’t angular, so they could fill in the step-off using the septal cartilage that had been used.
