Is there anyone who had silicone removal and septal extension removal at ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ, not revision surgery to replace the silicone? I had my first surgery at an ENT clinic near Apgujeong Station. I went in after a consultation for 3 mm, but when I recently looked at the records, it said 6 mm. No wonder it was high. I understand that cartilage repositioning needs to be done at the nasal tip so there won’t be a step-off. Dr. ㅇㅇㅇ seems to speak a bit more strongly toward silicone replacement because there’s a high possibility it’s being pressed down since the silicone is high, but I’m not sure if I didn’t communicate clearly enoughㅜ ㅜ I have show-through…
