Is there anyone here who had total nose implant removal at ㄱㅇㅅ? I had surgery two years ago, then again a year and a half ago, and five months ago I had silicone inflammation, so while removing the silicone, they filled the bridge of my nose a little with AlloDerm. But I want to remove everythingㅠㅠㅜㅜ I’m curious whether they take good care of columella scars and management, and whether they do removal surgery wellㅜㅜㅜ For me, they said if my septum has become too weak, we should reinforce that area using the autologous costal cartilage used for the nasal tip.
