Hi everyone, someone here seemed to have the same concern as me, so I was replying in a comment, but it got long, so I thought I should write a review instead. I was someone who had everything people worry about most when removing nose implants: inflammation, contraction, saddle nose that seemed to have developed after my first cosmetic septal surgery, and even osteotomy because my nasal bridge looked spread out, so both sides of the nasal bridge were osteotomized as if narrowing it. A hopeless nose lol After my first ENT surgery about 10 years ago, it contracted.
