I had surgery 10 years ago with silicone and a septal implant, but I just wanted to live peacefully, so I went to consultations at two clinics to remove the silicone. One recommended full removal and nasal columella correction with ear cartilage, and the other recommended removing only the silicone and leaving the septum alone. My original nose already has a fairly prominent columella, so I’m worried ㅠㅠ I also want to visit ㅅㅇ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅍㄹㅁ later, but for a nose like mine where the columella is already quite pronounced, would full removal really look bad?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
