I had silicone, don’t know how many mm, and ear cartilage surgery 13 years ago. It’s been two months since I had it removed because of tenderness, but during the contracture phase it keeps getting bigger and smaller so severely. I’ve seen people whose noses lift during the contracture phase, but I don’t think I’ve seen anyone whose nose gets bigger like mine… Maybe it’s because my original nose was bulbous, but it feels bigger than my original nose… When I use warm compresses and massage it, it softens and gets smaller, but when I go outside and get hit by cold wind and it hardens, the nasal tip and alar area get bigger like a different nose. Should I just watch it until the stable phase at six months? I’m so stressed.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
