It’s been over 10 years since I had nose surgery, and I don’t have inflammation or contracture, but is there anyone here who has had it removed? I don’t like my nasal bridge, so I want to take out the silicone, but the nasal tip is just right as it is now. But I’m worried I might regret it because of the shape after removing the nasal bridge implant, and I’m also worried about side effects. Can surgery to maintain or reposition the nasal tip while removing silicone also cause inflammation or contracture?
