Since getting my nose done, I feel like my airway has changed. If I remove everything, will breathing become a bit more comfortable, like if they undo things such as the columellar strut and cartilage suturing?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
