Depressed Nasal Bridge After Removal (Shaved-Down Nasal Bridge), What Should I Do?

It has been 10 years since I left the nasal tip as is and removed only the silicone from the nasal bridge. I had written a post back then too haha After removal, I saw that the area of the nasal bridge that had been shaved down during surgery had become flat. I was scared of revision surgery, so I just lived with it and occasionally covered the flat area of my nasal bridge with filler. But the last filler I got caused a problem and became fibrotic, so I had a hard time getting it removed, and now I can’t get filler again. Since my first surgery and the removal were both done with a closed approach, I’m wondering whether, at this point, I should take the risk and do an open approach…
