When I was having surgery, I was fully awake. But before they put in the silicone implant, I strongly felt like they were grinding down the bone. They never said anything about grinding it down or doing an osteotomy, but do they also grind down bone? Is this kind of case common? I’m looking into removing the silicone implant, and this is really bothering me.
