Do you absolutely have to remove the capsule regardless of inflammation? I'm trying to remove what I had done for my nose surgery, and I saw a few reviews saying that if the capsule is there, the nose is still higher than the original nose. But then again, I'm anxious about not removing it. I am going for a consultation tomorrow, but I also wanted to hear reviews
