My natural nose was a straight nose with a hump. During my first surgery, I was too young and had no idea what was what, so I didn't know how the rhinoplasty was done. Seriously, that was crazy. Anyway, I only wanted implant removal, but at every place I went for a consultation, they said that if I removed the implant, it would look sunken, uneven, and bumpy. As an alternative, they said that if I really don't want to put in an implant, we could remove it first and go in the direction of reshaping the hump again. What do you think?
